Consent forms will be provided at the check-in desk or you may print out the form on the "Consent" page and bring it when the athlete checks in.
NOTICE: All camper's must have a signed consent form before taking the field.
What to Bring: Tennis shoes and athletic clothing, for quarterbacks a ball and a winning attitude
What not to bring: Cleats, pads, helmet and jewelry
