Please complete the registration form. We will contact you within 48 hours to confirm your spot. Payments may be made by PayPal on this website or by mailing or dropping off a cashier's check or money order at the St. Pete Times Forum. NO PERSONAL CHECKS ACCEPTED. CAMP DOWN PAYMENT IS NON-REFUNDABLE.

After submitting your registration, it will automatically send you to a new page to select payment option.  NOTICE: A deposit of $100 will hold the camper's spot on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Consent forms will be provided at the check-in desk or you may print out the form on the "Consent" page and bring it when the athlete checks in.
NOTICE: All camper's must have a signed consent form before taking the field.

What to Bring:
 Tennis shoes and athletic clothing, for quarterbacks a ball and a winning attitude

What not to bring:  Cleats, pads, helmet and jewelry
